Dear Sis,

When it comes to our career, the best thing we can do is follow the breadcrumbs.  It’s our next best step. We never know how it’s all going to work out, but that’s what makes life worth living right?!  If we knew how everything would play out, we may never get out there and bet on ourselves.

Raised in Detroit and a recent empty nester, Weslia enjoys “snowbirding” in Phoenix, traveling, and spending time with her family. She celebrates 28 years of marriage to her husband; Keith Echols and they have two young adult daughters; Kyndall and Kynadi.
